Oscar Berg from The Content Economy recently uploaded this presentation in which he makes a comparison to knowledge flow within an organization and the flow of water through a metropolis. His point…It’s the same. Employees will have to easily access and trust information sources just like how people who come across the metropolis will readily expect that water is consistent and of the highest quality.
